      Washington County invites vendors to apply for the 3rd annual  Spring Maker's Market, on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at the Cottage Grove Ravine Regional Park.

      Booth information

      • Our amenities for vendors and guests include Wi-Fi, ADA accessibility, and onsite restrooms.
      • Tables (2.5-feet x5 -feet) and chairs are available at no charge for indoor booths.
      • Any vendors selling consumable goods (i.e. spices, syrups, baked goods, beverages, etc.) are required to provide insurance information.
      • Vendors are responsible for everything related to their booths including set up/tear down, staffing, cleaning, etc.
      • Washington County does not provide insurance coverage.
      • Vehicle permits are required to enter all Washington County Parks ($7 daily/$30 annual), vehicle permits are not included in the vendor fee.
      • Vendors should be in their booth and ready to sell 15 minutes prior to the event starting.
      • Washington County Parks staff will determine booth locations based on the needs of the event.

      Brief tours of the space can be arranged by calling 651-430-8225. We strongly encourage you to see where you’ll be selling to best plan for the day.

      Vendor booth spaces fill quickly, so we encourage interested vendors to apply early.

      Notification of selection

      • Vendors will be notified by email of their status in the event.
      • Once a vendor has been accepted, a special use permit will be issued.
      • Vendors selling consumable goods (i.e. spices, syrups, baked goods, beverages, etc.) are required to provide insurance information. Washington County does not provide insurance coverage.
      • Please note that once a vendor has been accepted, payment by cash, check or credit card must be received within 7 days after notification to ensure your space. No payments will be accepted prior to March 27, 2026.
      • The vendor fee is non-refundable.
