[ARCHIVED] Turf trails at Lake Elmo Park Reserve closed to horses and bikes

Turf trails at Lake Elmo Park Reserve will be closed to horses and bikes beginning February 6 due to deteriorating trail conditions. Trails will remain open for walking.
