Washington County, in partnership with the City of Lake Elmo, West Lakeland Township, and Baytown Township, is hosting an open house to plan for the future improvements to County Highway 15 (Manning Avenue) from County Highway 10 (10th Street) to 30th Street.
The In-Person Open House will be held on Tuesday, July 18 from 4-6pm at West Lakeland Township (959 Paris Ave Cir N, West Lakeland, MN)
