Condition of Picnic Pavilions Use

2026 Season

Saturday, April 25 – Sunday, September 27

Pavilion Use Hours

9 a.m. - 8 p.m. (Clean up must be complete by 8 p.m.)

On the Day of Reservation

• Check-in at the park office upon arrival:
  •  Sign the Conditions of Pavilion Use form.
  • The permit holder must pay the damage deposit ($250/$100), if not already done so.
  • Purchase vehicle permits as needed.
  • Rent a picnic kit (optional).

Vehicle Permit Requirement

• A Washington County Park vehicle permit is required on all vehicles entering the park.
• You may set up a Guest List with Parks staff to purchase vehicle permits for your guests, or they will be responsible to pay for their own.

Policies

• Washington County Parks vehicle permits are required on all vehicles entering the park.
• A reservation confirmation must be available upon request. This confirmation provides exclusive use of the pavilion and associated amenities only.
• The permit holder is responsible for cleanup of the shelter, tables, and adjacent areas. Refuse generated in excess of the furnished containers must be removed by the rental party.
• Sports nets with stakes are allowed on ball fields only. 
• Sound amplification may be allowed with prior approval from Parks staff. Approvals may be revoked or amended in accordance with Washington County Parks Ordinances.
• Other equipment (i.e. cookers, sports nets, tents, dunk tanks, inflatables) must be approved by Park staff. Insurance may be required.
• Washington County Ordinance governs activities in Washington County Parks. A copy is available in the park office.
• Violation of permit or park regulations can result in revocation of permit, loss of all or part of the deposit, and loss of permit privileges in the future.

Prohibited

The following is prohibited:

• Use of alcohol of any kind.
• Pets.
• Driving or parking on grass areas or trails.

Cancellation and Refund

Rental fee is not refundable if cancellation is made within 14 days of scheduled reservation. No refunds due to weather.

Pavilion Capacity

Capacities are limited to these maximums.

2. Picnic Pavilion reservations must be made over the phone or in person.
