  • County Highway 38 in St. Paul Park, Newport, and St. Paul.
    • Hastings Avenue from County Highway 22 (70th Street South) to Glen Road.
    • Glen Road from Hastings Avenue to 7th Avenue.
    • 7th Avenue from Glen Road to 21st Street.
    • 21st Street from 7th Avenue to Maxwell Avenue.
    • Maxwell Avenue from 21st Street to Bailey Road.
    • Bailey Road from Maxwell Avenue to approximately 80 feet east of northbound US 10/TH 61 on/off ramp interchange.

Proposed Improvements

  • Pavement resurfacing.
  • Trail resurfacing, including pedestrian ramp replacements.
  • Stormwater management.
  • Signing replacement.
  • Striping replacement.
